DDK Ltd. has developed and started sales of a DK-METAL connector (DK-2/3), which uses a compact, high-strength metal shell, as a connector for external connection of FA equipment (e.g. machine tools, robots).
The DK-METAL connector has been added to the line-up as a new series to complement the DK-2000/3000 Series for equipment internal wiring which has previously been on sale. These connectors are used by leading machine tool manufacturers in Japan, and have been well-received for their ease of use.
