Unique 'fast track' fibre optic training courses

In response to repeated requests from industry and government organisations, Fujikura Europe has developed unique 'Fast Track' fibre optic training courses which enable employees to complete training in as quick a time as possible.

The company is currently offering its unique 'Fast Track' courses for both City & Guilds and Industry Certificate courses. Fujikura Europe is one of the few UK training providers able to offer full accreditation to City & Guilds standard, and offers a special five day course which combines City & Guilds Single Mode (3466-03) and City & Guilds Multi Mode (3466-02) in a single course.

100% of trainees are currently passing the courses, with over 70% obtaining a credit or above. 'Fast Track' training courses are available to individuals looking to build a career in fibre optics as well as to employees from organisations. "The benefits of 'Fast Track' courses are obvious," says Ian Isaacs, Head of Training at Fujikura Europe. "Trainees are away from work for the very minimum of time and employers save considerable amounts of money not just in tuition fees but also in accommodation, travelling allowances and so forth. Our 'Fast Track' courses are hard work and very intensive. We won't cut any corners just to deliver training any faster. I think our commitment to standards is demonstrated by the excellent pass results we're currently achieving at City & Guilds level."

Trainees can attend 'Fast Track' courses at the Fujikura Training Centres in Westbury, Wiltshire. Apart from 'Fast Track' courses, Fujikura also offers a wide choice of regular City & Guilds and Industry Certificate fibre optic courses at its Chessington and Westbury training centres.
