Fujikura Europe recognises the importance of after sales care and support and has made a major commitment to providing a first class service centre at our Chessington site.
Our team of factory trained engineers are experienced in all aspects of our products. In addition to the repair of operational faults, we can also arrange regular servicing to ensure optimum performance.
To support this level of service, Fujikura Europe carries a comprehensive stock of spare parts for all models, both past and present. Thus ensuring that equipment is returned as quickly as possible, minimising inconvenience.
Technical support and advice is provided free of charge to all Fujikura customers via our dedicated phone lines. This gives customers the opportunity to discuss problems / technical issues directly with our engineers. In many cases this can avoid the unnecessary return of the machine to our premises.
